Maintenance Technician 1st Shift - Judge Group

The Judge Group is currently seeking a 1st Shift Maintenance Electrical Controls Engineer with large industrial manufacturing experience for a Fortune 500 aerospace manufacturer in Downey, CA.

COMPENSATION: $35 per hour plus over time

MUST HAVE – Strong experience with plant lighting 480V, 207V and 110V circuits; 480V cranes; PLC based controls and relay logic circuits

MUST HAVE – Experience working with Relays, Switches, Motors, Sensors, Printed circuit boards, AC and DC motors, Controls, Voltage current, Resistance measurement equipment

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-  Maintains electrical systems, components of industrial machinery

-  Diagnose equipment (Transformers, Motors, Lighting fixtures)

-  Tests malfunctioning machinery

-  Replace faulty electrical components (Relays, Switches, Motors, Sensors, Printed circuit boards, AC and DC motors, Controls, Voltage current, Resistance measurement equipment)

-  Troubleshoot control systems (Electrical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic controls)

-  Work with 480V, 207V and 110V circuits (480V cranes, PLC controls, Relay logic circuits)

-  Monitor furnace status and light furnaces

QUALIFICATIONS:

-  High school diploma or GED

-  3+years of related experience
