Job Summary:
The Maintenance Technician - Machine will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing machinery to ensure optimal operation within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires experience in mechanical and electrical systems, along with strong diagnostic skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on machines and equipment to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment life.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems in machinery.
• Diagnose issues with machinery to quickly resolve operational disruptions.
• Adjust, calibrate, and align machines as needed to maintain accuracy and performance.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure equipment meets operational standards and production goals.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, repairs, and parts used.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures, ensuring equipment is safe for use.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in maintenance or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment for troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs, and work in various physical positions.
