Position: Maintenance Technician
Shift Time (room for flexibility):

• Monday-Friday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

What You'll Do:

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance to keep equipment running like a dream.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to reduce downtime.
• Repair or replace defective parts and systems using top-notch tools.
• Collaborate with your team to ensure operations run seamlessly.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and spare parts inventory.
• Stay ahead of the curve by learning the latest industry tech and best practices.
• Uphold safety standards to create a secure work environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Associate degree in maintenance or related field, or a high school diploma with relevant experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Proficiency in PLC systems (preferred).
• Experience with metal fabrication is a bonus!
• A self-starter who’s also a team player, ready to balance troubleshooting with production needs.
