Maintenance Tech - Premier Washington

The Maintenance Tech is an integral part the team that helps change the lives of our patients and residents each day. You are responsible for a full range of duties in an interdisciplinary environment including:

Maintenance Technician will perform the following job duties:

• Establishes and maintains a positive rapport with patients/residents, family members, visitors, etc.
• Preform general maintenance work as needed to include< installation and repair of plumbing, electrical, heating and replacing light bulbs
• Promptly responds to emergency, notifying immediate supervisor as required
• Functions as an effective member of the team by completing and documenting assignments in a timely, accurate, and caring manner.
• Ensure that walls, floor coverings, doors and woodwork are properly maintained.
• Repair and maintain vacant rooms
• Effectively collaborates with other team members to create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, and positivity throughout the workplace.

Job Requirements

• Skilled Nursing Facility experience required
• Effective communication, interpersonal skills, and organizational skills required.
• Experience in a health care setting is a plus
• HVAC knowledge is preferred
• Must have a valid Drivers License
