Job Overview

A national building services company is looking for a reliable and qualified person to provide maintenance support at a shopping mall in the Lincoln area.  Pleasant, drug-free work environment in a comfortable retail setting. Background check required. Must be at least 18 years of age to apply, have reliable transportation, and be willing to work weekends. EOE.

Job Responsibilities Include

Works as a member of the building maintenance team under the direction of a local company Chief Engineer. Works independently and as a member of a team. Performs  general building repairs and maintenance, and routine and non-routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, automatic temperature controls, fire and life safety systems, plumbing, snow and ice removal. May work shifts before and after mall/store open hours, including weekends.
