Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician for our 2nd shift team. In this role, you will perform a range of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities, equipment, and production lines.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform corrective and preventative maintenance on equipment to maintain peak operational efficiency.
Review work schedules with the supervisor and ensure tasks are completed as assigned.
Operate and maintain air compressors, dryers, boilers, and chemical feed pumps.
Lubricate, oil, and grease production and support equipment as needed.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Must be skilled in at least one of the following trades:
Millwright
Welder
Fitter
Machinist
Electrician
Ability to perform tasks independently with minimal supervision.
Technical school or relevant training preferred.
Proficient in the safe operation of various hand and power tools.
Capable of planning and executing projects as directed by the Supervisor.
Strong troubleshooting skills for identifying mechanical and electrical issues in equipment and machinery.
Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime to support production needs.
Adherence to all safety protocols and housekeeping standards.
