Maintenance Tech - Coughlin Automotive

We are looking for someone experienced to do day to day maintenance and unit turns in apartment properties at Leafy Dell Apartments in Johnstown.

Job Position: Maintenance Person (Basic Job Description)

• Daily pick up of grounds as needed or directed.
• Responsibility of keeping clean the shop, common areas, and other areas of the leasing office if needed.
• Daily and routine work orders as directed.
• Report any suspicious activity, unsafe conditions, or ill kept apartments to management.
• "On call" as assigned by the property. All maintenance staff are required to be available for after-hours calls.
• Unloading delivery trucks and stocking items in their appropriate location.
• Trashing out apartments.
• Clearing snow on walks and stairs during the winter as needed including salt spreading.
• Safeguarding company materials and equipment from loss either through theft, miss use, accident, or malicious intent.
• Apartment turns.
• Swimming Pool Maintenance Opening and Closing Procedures
• HVAC repairs. Most qualified candidates will have excellent HVAC skills, EPA certified and be able to handle most common repairs.
