Exciting Opportunity for a Maintenance Technician!
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician II to support the Lead Maintenance Tech and the Association Manager with upkeep and repairs of common area properties. Responsibilities include handling electrical and plumbing tasks, performing inspections, tracking work orders, and maintaining various facilities and equipment.
Essential Duties:
- Conduct monthly inspections and track work orders.
- Maintain and repair common areas, including amenities and playgrounds.
- Manage porter services and upkeep of cleaning supplies.
- Perform minor repairs, power wash furniture, and inspect equipment.
- Maintain lighting, water features, and landscaping.
- Report vandalism and major repairs, oversee contractor work, and communicate with homeowners.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED and 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge in plumbing, electrical wiring, and general repairs.
- Competency in problem-solving, communication, and customer service.
- Must have a reliable vehicle, auto insurance, and personal tools.
Work Environment:
- Exposure to various weather conditions.
- Moderate noise levels and physical demands including lifting and climbing.
