What's your day like?
As a Make Ready Maintenance Technician at Christian Care Centers, Inc., you will take on a pivotal role in ensuring that all units are impeccably prepared for new tenants. Are you the Make Ready Maintenance Technician we're looking for?
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician, preferably in a residential setting.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general maintenance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
