Job Details
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and be a part of a team that is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety.
Responsibilities:
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties including:
1. Conducting routine inspections of machinery and equipment to identify and respond to signs of malfunction.
2. Performing preventive maintenance tasks to keep equipment operating efficiently.
3. Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical issues, including PLC and industrial controls.
4. Operating and controlling a variety of machinery and equipment in accordance with safety regulations and procedures.
5. Using a variety of tools and testing methods to diagnose and resolve malfunctions.
6. Maintaining knowledge of Allen Bradley PLC's and other relevant systems.
7. Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
8. Collaborating with other team members to optimize performance and achieve production goals.
9. Participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a maintenance role within the manufacturing industry.
2. Strong technical understanding and proficiency with machines and tools.
3. Proven mechanical and electrical skills, with experience in troubleshooting and repairing a variety of equipment.
4. Experience with preventive maintenance and the ability to anticipate and address potential issues before they escalate.
5. Proficiency in operating and controlling machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
6. Experience with industrial controls and Allen Bradley PLC's.
7. Proven ability to test and repair machinery and equipment.
8. A strong commitment to safety and a thorough understanding of safety regulations and procedures.
9. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10. A high school diploma or equivalent. A relevant certification or degree is preferred.
