Maintenance Supervisor - Millrun at Union

We are currently looking for a Maintenance Supervisor who is well versed in all aspects of maintenance to join a team to help manage a large apartment community with over 1100 units. Must be able to work well with others with effective communication, time management, follow-up, work order processes and preventative maintenance.

• Direct workers and manage the work order process and/or make ready process.
• Maintain and upkeep of all all preventative maintenance inspections and repairs.
• Inspect completed work for compliance.
• Establish and adjust work order procedures to meet production schedules.
• Confers with other supervisors to coordinate activities of individual departments.
• Participate in on-call rotation instructed by director.
• Supply ordering and management for all maintenance.
• Analyze and resolve work problems, or assist workers in solving work problems.
• Maintain property grounds.
• Performs other related duties assigned.
• Participate in snow removal.
• Maintain property tools.
• Able to perform all aspects of maintenance such as plumbing, painting, carpentry, electrical and tile.
• Must have a valid drivers license.
• Must have a vehicle.
