Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Pay: $80k - $85k

Shift: 1^st shift

Location: North Charleston, SC

Industry: High Pressure Die Cast - Automotive

Responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously improve the overall maintenance system of the plant
• Oversee the repair of electrical, plumbing, ventilation and other building systems
• Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize production loss and unscheduled down time (TPM)
• Conduct regular inspections and audits for ensuring optimal upkeep of facilities
• Document equipment failures and provide timely repair information to management
• Ensure breakdowns are analyzed and actions are taken for eliminating recurrence

Background

• AS degree in a Technical field (preferred)
• MUST have manufacturing maintenance experience
• 10 years of experience in maintaining foundry, die cast, CNC machine tools and utility equipment in high volume manufacturing
• TPM Certification (preferred)
