Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Position Summary: The Maintenance Supervisor oversees the troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, and installation of refrigeration systems, coolers, air compressors, and HVAC systems. This role ensures optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate daily activities.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in HVAC and refrigeration maintenance.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations.
• Ability to work flexible hours and on-call as needed.
