Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor - off shift

Location: Racine, WI area

Salary: $90,000-$95,000 plus benefits

Job Summary:

The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee maintenance operations in a food manufacturing environment, ensuring equipment runs efficiently to optimize production output. This role involves leading a team of maintenance technicians, coordinating repairs, managing preventive maintenance, and collaborating with production teams to ensure high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coach a team of maintenance technicians to enhance skills and production support.
• Manage preventive maintenance schedules, monitor equipment condition, and assign repairs as needed.
• Collaborate with the Engineering and Production departments to schedule repairs, order parts, and handle downtime.
• Ensure accurate log entries, track repairs, and conduct daily reports on maintenance activities and equipment status.
• Provide leadership by assigning tasks, offering feedback, and motivating team productivity.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 5+ years of mechanical experience; 3–5 years in maintenance supervision.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems; food manufacturing experience preferred.
• Familiarity with fabrication skills (e.g., welding, cutting).
• Ability to troubleshoot PLC systems is a plus.
