About the Role

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be at the forefront of maintaining a safe, functional, and inviting community. Working closely with the Community Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of property maintenance—from preventative care to emergency repairs—while leading and mentoring a team of dedicated professionals.

What You’ll Do

• Lead with Impact:
• Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing maintenance team.
• Inspire excellence and foster a culture of safety, professionalism, and teamwork.
• Optimize Operations:
• Oversee and prioritize service requests, make-readies, and preventative maintenance.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure all work is completed on time and within budget.
• Drive Results:
• Maintain compliance with OSHA and safety standards while preserving the property’s aesthetic and functional integrity.
• Proactively identify opportunities for improvements in efficiency, safety, and resident satisfaction.
• Be a Resident Hero:
• Deliver timely, courteous service to residents, creating a positive living experience.

What You Bring

• Experience:
• 5–10 years of property maintenance experience, including leadership roles.
• Proven ability to manage teams and complex maintenance operations.
• Expertise:
• HVAC certification (strongly preferred).
• Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) designation is a big plus.
• Advanced knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repair.
• Skills:
• Excellent troubleshooting, organizational, and time management abilities.
• Strong communication skills to lead teams and build positive relationships with residents and colleagues.
• Physical & Technical Aptitude:
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and over 100 pounds occasionally.
• Comfortable working in various conditions, including outdoor environments and confined spaces.
