Maintenance Supervisor – Food/Beverage Manufacturing - Midwest

As the Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll lead the maintenance team in developing strategies to improve the overall reliability of production processes while directing regular maintenance work and ensuring all equipment and systems are safe and in good working order. You will need to have maintenance experience, preferably in a food manufacturing facility.

Other responsibilities will include:

·Scheduling & Managing Team

·Preventative Maintenance as well as Capital Projects

·Wastewater Treatment

·Promotes continuous & process improvements for lean manufacturing.

Minimum requirements for this Maintenance Supervisor’s position:

oHS diploma or technical degree

oMinimum of 10 years’ maintenance experience in lieu of technical degree

oAseptic processing preferred

oAt least 3 years supervisory or lead experience.
