Maintenance Supervisor - LHH

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our client in Lockport, IL. This full-time direct hire opportunity is fully onsite.

The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for supervising a small team of maintenance technicians, overseeing the daily maintenance operations, ensuring compliance and maintaining mechanical and electrical systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and at least 5 years of maintenance management experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily maintenance operations
• Supervise a small team of 4 technicians
• Maintain mechanical and electrical systems
• Perform maintenance on CNC machines
• Oversee infrastructure improvements, including reviewing proposals and selecting contractors
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a maintenance management role
• Proficiency in facilities maintenance, including HVAC and plumbing
• Through knowledge of mechanical and electrical fields
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong project management skills
• AutoCAD and Welding is preferred

Salary: $80k - $100k
