**** This is an AWS Day Shift, 6AM - 6:30PM or 6PM to 6:30AM. 14 hours of OT included every 2 weeks while only working 84.
Position Overview
Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the Maintenance employees responsible for all maintenance aspects of the aseptic process facility. The department's primary focus is to uphold the company's overall objectives of ensuring employee health and safety, maintaining product quality, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
In this capacity, the Maintenance Supervisor leads their team through the successful execution of various critical tasks, including capital projects, equipment qualifications, process validations, and adherence to operation and maintenance standards, all in line with good engineering practices.
Ideal candidates for this position will possess extensive experience in food processing operations. A strong supervisory background is vital to effectively support the department's strategies. Additionally, the successful candidate should demonstrate a proven track record in goal setting, achieving tangible results, and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced, production support environment.

Requirements
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide timely feedback and corrective action to their team to include attendance, performance and policy compliance
- Monitor performance to ensure performance goals are being met
- Schedule team and ensure tasks are executed during scheduled maintenance windows
- Work with cross functional team to complete RCAs on quality and performance issues
- Drive safety to the team and ensure team is working safely
- Understand the operations of their team and be knowledgeable enough to step in and help if needed
- Ensure team members are receiving training as needed
- Work with MRO team to ensure needed parts are ordered and appropriate spares are in stock
- Verify work order completion and ensure all work is documented
- Work with Maintenance Planner to update documents as revisions are issued
- Make decisions to ensure line and production is not delayed
- Monitor and coach team to ensure outages are corrected immediately
- Work with operations team to set priorities and relay these priorities to teams on shift
Education and/or Experience:
- Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering degree plus 10 years of experience in processing/production environment.
- Proven track record of successful production line installation and performance improvement.
- Demonstrated managerial skills related to employee development and performance management.
- Working knowledge of engineering management software, such as M.S. Project, CAD.
- Ability to work an Alternative Work Schedule (AWS) and/or holidays
