Job Description:
- Supervise a group of 10-15 maintenance technicians in a manufacturing facility that operates 24/7/360 days per year.
- Provide leadership to the assigned crew to ensure the plant’s safety and GMP policies are followed and that the crew executes work plans as directed.
- Integral member of the maintenance team that will be responsible for updating preventative maintenance programs and improving the asset care plans for plant equipment.
