Maintenance Supervisor - Adecco

Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor (Full-Time)

We are seeking a reliable, experienced Maintenance Supervisor to manage the installation, repair, and upkeep of facility and production equipment. The ideal candidate will ensure all resources are maintained efficiently, within budget, and in support of business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee maintenance operations and ensure the implementation of procedures.

• Supervise rigging and installation of CNC and other machinery.

• Conduct safety inspections and resolve issues.

• Plan, allocate, and supervise repair and installation activities.

• Monitor equipment inventory and place orders as needed.

• Control maintenance expenses and stay within budget.

• Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.

• Maintain logs and report daily activities.

• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and OSHA regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in maintenance supervision or a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and CNC programming.

• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and measuring instruments.

• Experience in maintenance planning, troubleshooting, and staff management.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
