Maintenance Supervisor

Johnson Service Group (JSG) is a nationally recognized Professional Staffing and Recruiting firm that is currently looking for a Maintenance Supervisor. This is a direct hire position with a great company out in Indiana.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily maintenance operations and ensure all equipment is functioning properly.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance with shears, brake presses, punches, drills, and other shop equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Manage a team of maintenance technicians (if applicable) or work independently to complete repairs and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.
• Maintain detailed records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and any parts used.
• Assist in inventory management for parts and supplies needed for equipment maintenance.
• Comply with safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
