Renewing Management Inc. is seeking a qualified individual to work as a full-time Maintenance Supervisor for our Black Bear Creek Apartments located in Ft. Wayne, IN. The Maintenance Supervisor conducts all the daily activities to maintain service to the apartment homes for our existing residents and prepares an apartment for move in between residents. They work as a team with the other maintenance team members to create a great place for our residents to call HOME!
The on-site maintenance teams are the backbone of our communities. Our residents receive care for their homes from the first day they move in. As a member of the maintenance team, you take care of the residents and we will take care of you. Renewing Management's bonus programs are second to none.

Who we are looking for:
Perform an inspection of community grounds each morning and picks up all trash and debris.
Perform turn (painting, cleaning, and maintenance) of all vacant units, as assigned, and coordinate all associated subcontractors to prepare an apartment for move in
Complete all maintenance requests within 48 hours and turns within 7 days.
Complete preventative maintenance activities and assist in updating records of those activities.
Perform snow removal of community sidewalks.
Maintain records of maintenance performed in all units and at the site.
Maintain all tools, equipment and replacement parts in working condition.
Sweep, clean and maintain all common areas of the community, as assigned.
Provide emergency resident support after office hours.
Provide service and maintenance for all common amenities.
Communicate openly with other team members regarding work priorities and the state of projects.
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
3-5 years of maintenance experience desired with progressive leadership
Must always be dependable and demonstrate effective leadership and teamwork in all aspects of maintenance
EPA certification required.
Ability to be on-call for emergencies.
Must be able to analyze problems and find solutions.
Must be flexible and able to shift priorities if needed.
A wide variety of individuals and personalities (team members, residents, vendors, etc.) and maintain professional at all times.
Must have valid drivers' license and reliable transportation.
