Position Overview

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading a team of maintenance technicians to ensure all equipment is properly maintained and repaired. You will be responsible for managing the maintenance schedules and ensuring that all work is completed on time and to a high standard. Your work will be critical to the success of our operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians.
• Develop and maintain maintenance schedules and plans for all equipment.
• Coordinate and prioritize work orders and ensure that all work is completed on time and to a high standard.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with electrical, mechanical, and PLC systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks and ensure that all equipment is properly maintained.
• Ensure that all work is in compliance with GMP standards.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work performed.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance leadership role.
• Experience working with electrical, mechanical, and PLC systems.
• Experience working in a food or beverage manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of GMP standards.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and electrical designs.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage a team to ensure efficient operation.
