Position Overview
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading a team of maintenance technicians to ensure all equipment is properly maintained and repaired. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians.
- Develop and maintain maintenance schedules and plans for all equipment.
- Coordinate and prioritize work orders and ensure that all work is completed on time and to a high standard.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with electrical, mechanical, and PLC systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks and ensure that all equipment is properly maintained.
- Ensure that all work is in compliance with GMP standards.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work performed.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance leadership role.
- Experience working with electrical, mechanical, and PLC systems.
- Experience working in a food or beverage manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of GMP standards.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and electrical designs.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage a team to ensure efficient operation.
