Maintenance Supervisor - Blitz Staffing

This is a hands on Managerial role, must be comfortable being on shop floor working hand in hand with maintenance personnel.

• Coordinates the overall maintenance activities through planning and communicating with peers, team members, customers (internal and external), suppliers and technical staff.
• Coordinates with outside vendors on projects, repairs and maintenance
• Schedules people, machines, materials and support services to achieve maximum team efficiency in meeting production requirements
• Ensures team members are trained to guarantee proper skill sets are developed and improved on daily.
• Ordering supplies and spare parts. Maintains an adequate inventory of spare parts

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or Five years of related leadership experience and/or training
• Broad background in all areas of maintenance - industrial, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic
• Five years related experience working in a Machinery Industry
• Industrial Maintenance Certification preferred

Salary: $71,000.00 to $80,000.00 /year
