About the Job
Our Maintenance Supervisor will play an important role in managing the day-to-day maintenance and projects of our City of Industry, CA location. You will work directly with the Maintenance Director and leadership team to ensure a safe and well managed facility for our employees and clients.

What will you do?
- Create processes and check lists for daily, weekly and monthly maintenance on equipment and facility
- Work with vendors on location projects
- Inspect production equipment periodically to identify problems and the necessary follow through with the maintenance team
- Prepare preventative maintenance schedules and allocate work to team
- Recruit, supervise and train maintenance technicians. Develop plans for departmental and employee's professional growth
- Participate in the coordination or projects
- Hire and supervise vendors and contractors during installations, repairs or maintenance as needed
- Inspect and maintain building support systems (HVAC, water towers, vacuum pumps, compressed air systems, etc.)
- Contribute to the development of maintenance budget and ensure compliance
- Monitor and maintain inventory of spare parts, materials and back-up equipment

What will you need to be successful?
- High school diploma
- 5+ years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in a manufacturing setting
- PLC and industrial control knowledge (Allen Bradley, ControlLogix and RSlogix 500 preferred) Robotics, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Electrical-Industrial Motor Control/ Drives.
- Mechanical systems (Gearboxes, pumps-vacuum principles) Gas heating systems and furnaces and ovens
- Understanding of budgeting and performance management
- Planning and leadership abilities
