Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance team to ensure all equipment and machinery are functioning optimally.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly to minimize production downtime.
- Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other industry regulations.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of electrical systems, ensuring safety and efficiency.
- Train and mentor maintenance team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and improve overall operational effectiveness.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve any potential issues before they escalate.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and prepare reports as required.
- Ensure all safety protocols are strictly followed to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance supervisory role within the manufacturing industry.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Equipment Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Troubleshooting, and Electrical Systems.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and procedures within the manufacturing industry.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software and other relevant computer applications.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
