ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Supervise and coordinate activities of Bethlehem maintenance department to ensure quality servicing and efficient upkeep of manufacturing equipment and facility
- Ensures work is performed in a timely manner and completed on schedule utilizing CMMS system.
- Accomplishes tasks through scheduling with production and coordination of maintenance staff
- Provides Technical advice and training to mechanics as required
- Assigns and reviews CMMS work orders
- Maintain inventory of maintenance parts and supplies utilizing CMMS system
- Supervise and coordinate outside contractors and vendors to ensure work is being completed properly as business needs require
- Follows and enforces REEBS safety policies and procedures.
- Ensures all work performed conforms to industry standards for quality and installation
- Performs other duties as assigned or required by business needs
Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED), minimum of 60 hrs industrial electrical training or seven years industrial electro-mechanical experience
Experience: 7+ years in production maintenance environment including 3+ years in a supervisory capacity
Specialized Knowledge: Ability to analyze and interpret common technical manuals and schematics (Electrical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic) Proficiency in use electrical testing equipment. Knowledge of industrial electric, pneumatics, hydraulics and how they interface with manufacturing equipment operation.
Computer Skills
Able to use computer for routine office duties
