Maintenance Superintendent – Industrial Manufacturing

Salary $90,000 - $125,000 + Bonus + Benefits + Paid Relocation to North Carolina

Calling all Preventive Maintenance professionals!Do you have experience leading a manufacturing team that operates their predictive and preventative maintenance departments driving continuous improvement processes?We need you!

As the Maintenance Supervisor / Superintendent, your focus will be to

·Increase machine uptime & productivity by implementing & improving the predictive maintenance activities

·Assist & supervise the repair of mechanical and electrical functions

·Manage the maintenance team and planning schedules

·Provide support and develop relationships with other departments.

Minimum requirements for this Maintenance Supervisor / Superintendent position:

·At least 5 years’ experience in supervising a maintenance team in an industrial setting

·Documented experience using reliability programs

·Knowledgeable about Change Management and Continuous Improvement skills

·Must have strong OSHA regulations and Safety procedures knowledge.
