Responsibility
- Provide technical support to the maintenance team.
- Lead Root Cause Failure Analysis and implement corrective actions for complex and recurring issues.
- Oversee the Bad Actor Program and develop action plans to enhance reliability.
- Assist in the training and development of in-house maintenance personnel.
- Support the reliability process to drive improvements, optimize costs, and enhance Asset Effectiveness.
- Establish, monitor, and optimize Preventative and Predictive Maintenance Plans.
- Develop a disciplined and systematic equipment maintenance strategy.
- Contribute to the Maintenance budget and Capital Plan.
- Evaluate alternatives for equipment repair, focusing on cost and time efficiency.
- Support capital projects by providing engineering expertise related to Maintenance and Reliability.
- Develop and maintain a Critical Equipment list.
- Manage the Spare Parts inventory for the site.
- Develop and maintain Vessel and Piping Inspection and Relief Device programs.
Knowledge and Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering.
- 6-10 years of relevant experience in a similar operation (small company, small site, batch operation).
