As the Maintenance & Reliability Engineer, you will:
- Lead Reliability Initiatives: Identify and address root causes of production losses with comprehensive corrective actions.
- Optimize Systems: Oversee and refine the preventative maintenance program using Chempax.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Execute improvement actions with measurable financial and operational impact.
- Ensure Safety & Compliance: Adhere to plant safety standards and cGMP requirements.
- Champion KPIs: Track, document, and publish reliability-focused performance metrics.
- Support the Team: Provide hands-on support and technical guidance to maintenance technicians.
What We’re Looking For:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program (required).
- Professional certifications such as CMRP, API, or NBIC are preferred.
Experience:
- 7+ years in maintenance or reliability engineering within a PSM-regulated environment.
- Proficiency with SAP Plant Maintenance or Chempax.
- Hands-on experience with 480v electrical systems and predictive maintenance practices.
- Familiarity with chlorine, fluorine, or HF production (preferred).
Skills:
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
- Proficient in RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and FMEA methodologies.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Expertise in planning, scheduling, and prioritizing tasks.
- Flexibility to work overtime when needed.
