Job Title: Maintenance Planner/Scheduler
Location: St. Louis, MO
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7 AM - 4 PM (1 hour break; flexible start/end times)
Type: Contract
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for scheduling Maintenance & Reliability tasks for Production equipment on site.
• Responsible for review and assignment of spare parts needed for specific maintenance tasks.
• Must be an SME of the site’s CMMS planning module
• Responsible for site Maintenance on time completion KPIs.
• Work with managers effectively to execute the policies and goals of the organization.
• Initiate plans and processes which minimize manufacturing costs through effective utilization of manpower, and equipment.
• Recommend improvements and desirable modifications in methods, procedures, processes, equipment and layout.
• Manage vendors and consultants to ensure that contracts contain appropriate technical specifications are delivered as required to meet specified preventative maintenance routines.
• Interface with users, peers, and management to ensure appropriate input and integration of local and corporate standards.
• Participate on cross-functional teams, who address specific problems, facilitate discussion and research, enabling procedures to become more efficient, and to build and enhance interdepartmental relationships.
Requirements:
• Maintenance Planning and scheduling experience a must have - no minimum experience requirement.
• College Degree required - Engineering preferred
• CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) Knowledge is a must (SAP preferred)
