Job Purpose
Co-ordinate maintenance crew assignments and prioritiesacross shifts and work groups as assigned, under the direction of a supervisor.Coordinate solutions, supporting the scheduling of backlog, routine, renewal,and preventive maintenance work orders.
Core Duties
Plan, organize and schedule workflow for corrective,preventive, and predictive maintenance work under limited supervision.
Execute daily operations tasks and provide support onshort and long-term projects to meet priority demands.
Compile daily, weekly, and multi-week schedules forfacilities operations and maintenance work.
Provide timely customer service on reactive work orders.
Process calls, generate appropriate work ordersconsistent with documented. Established dispatching and emergency procedures.
Contribute to maintenance planning and facilities[1]relatedprocess and performance improvement efforts.
Enter, manipulate, analyze and extract data usingmaintenance management system.
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed,including calendaring, e-mail correspondence, and data entry.
Requirements:
Minimum Education and experience required.
Associates degree and one year of related work orderscheduling experience, or a combination of education and relevant experience.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
Demonstrated success in following through and completingprojects.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Fundamental analytical ability and skills to operate acomputerized maintenance program and produce reports Demonstrated ability tomanage short deadlines, navigate changing priorities, and follow a disciplinedwork process.
Working knowledge of facility maintenance procedures andsystems; general understanding of preventive maintenance.
Ability to quickly learn the maintenance service[1]providerroles of each shop, the roles of contract services, proper sequencing of repairwork, and facilities and construction terminology as related to the performanceof maintenance work.
Working knowledge of technologies/platforms that supportbusiness operations and communications.

Physical Requirements
Frequently stand/walk, sit, perform desk-based computertasks, use a telephone, and grasp lightly/fine manipulation.
Occasionally climb (ladders, scaffolds, or other),twist/bend/stoop/squat, reach/work above shoulders, writing by hand,lift/carry/push/pull objects that weigh up to 20 pounds.
Rarely kneel/crawl, grasp forcefully, sort/file paperworkor parts, lift/carry/push/pull objects that weigh >40 pounds.
Ability to obtain and maintain a California Non[1]commercialClass license
