MAINTENANCE PLANNER
4 X 10 + OT as needed
The role of Maintenance Planner will be to coordinate labor, parts and material, tools and equipment, required permits, specialized documentation, and equipment access for the maintenance team. The Maintenance Planner monitors all preventive, routine, repair, and emergency maintenance activities at the plant, using Infor as a primary tool. Duties included but not limited to are:
- Creates, reviews, plans, schedules, and closes work orders on a daily basis
- Coordinates activities between operations, maintenance, engineering, contractors, vendors, and other agencies as necessary
- Work with all departments to define scope and priority of work and schedule accordingly
- Order materials
- Submit Purchase Order Request
- Creates/modifies assets within Infor
- Creates/maintains preventative maintenance requirements and records
- Tracks all tradesmen and technician feedback on all work orders
- Tracks vouchered work hours and asset downtime
- Distributes weekly PMs to maintain crews
- Schedules in scope project work to minimize impact on production
- Coordinates with maintenance crews to estimate planned labor hours and schedule work
- Required to perform additional tasks as required that are reasonable and safe
- Highly proficient with Infor or Equivalent Software
- At least five years equivalent experience planning and scheduling maintenance activities.
- Three-to-five years experience as a Planner/Scheduler working in an industrial environment.
- Excellent computer software skills to include but not be limited to: various Microsoft Windows and Office generations (Project, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
