As a Maintenance Planner, you will be part of the Supply Chain department?supporting plant production. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, troubleshooting?and leadership abilities?which will align successfully in the organization. ? Whats the Job?Responsible for maintenance of production and processing equipment, building maintenance and seasonal prepMaintain constant contact with production and processing supervisorsperiodically reviews the performance of each maintenance person and conducts personal interviews to review and improve performanceTrain mechanics in the proper set-up, adjustment, and maintenance of production, processing and seasonal support equipment and supervise them to accomplish maintenance requirementsEstablish daily objectives for crew and evaluate daily ? Whats Needed?Minimum of four years of related, applicable experience with supervision of machine maintenance?Strong record of safety and continuous improvement in an industrial settingDemonstrated ability to safely work on and around complex, highly automated machinery?
