I. Job Summary
Provides complex clerical and administrative support to departmental Managers and Market Area initiatives. Expected to perform at a higher level of responsibility and with very minimal supervision. Duties and tasks are varied and may be intricate. Resolves most questions and problems and refers only the most complex issues to higher levels.

Analytical, technical and leadership skills; problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills, independent judgement skills, inter-personal and people management skills.
Effectively provide direction, lead and work in a diverse team environment and communicate in non-technical terms to non-technical individuals.
Provide technical assistance and training to users; and ensures all CMMS procedures are developed, understood, and followed consistently throughout the organization.
The key challenges and responsibilities of the position:
· Plan and provide maintenance support for production and engineering activities.
· Investigate maintenance-related problems, analyze root causes and drive resolutions.
· Assure compliance of proper safety, quality, and environmental requirements in work.
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.
+ Supports Market Area wide initiatives such as management of truck titles, etc.
+ Compass Super User and subject matter expert assisting Operations Specialists in troubleshooting issues across the Market Area.
+ Provides coaching and training support to other less experienced Operations Specialist throughout the MA
+ Assists with data collection and reporting required for fleet programs and as directed by the department manager.
+ Uses software tools to manage a variety of tasks, such as purchasing, third party repairs, slow moving inventory, and warranty recovery.
+ May assist with management of the office location and building maintenance issues as they arise.
+ Creates, submits, and receives part & supply orders on a daily basis. (May involve forklift operation.)
+ Enter and maintain COMPASS data on a daily basis.
+ Maintains our purchase order system.
+ Maintains and distributes department related information on a daily basis.
+ Communicates with other supervisors and managers about fleet and/or operational issues.
+ Assists in the implementation of operational projects as needed.
+ Communicates with vendors about service or product issues as needed.
+ Communicates with managers and / or employees about scheduling and work assignments as needed.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.

A. Education and Experience
+ Education: High school diploma or G.E.D (accredited)
+ Experience: Four (4) years of relevant work experience (in addition to education requirement).

C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required
+ None
The expected base pay range for this position across the U.S is $24.00- $28.00. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
