Maintenance Operations Coordinator - ATS - Industrial Maintenance

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess work requests to craft detailed job scopes and execute site inspections.
• Estimate labor, skills, tools, and parts needed for efficient, safe job completion.
• Compile necessary technical documentation like schematics and spare parts lists, ensuring parts availability before scheduling tasks.
• Organize and manage a prioritized backlog of work orders, maintaining a Ready Backlog above 80%.
• Lead the improvement of job plans through continuous assessments.
• Facilitate weekly meetings with production teams to align on work priorities and adapt plans as needed.
• Devise a weekly schedule to optimize technician hours, incorporating priority tasks and preventive maintenance.
• Enhance planning efficiency by analyzing maintenance metrics and refining processes.
• Keep organized records essential for maintenance analysis and reporting.
• Train employees on CMMS, ensure its effective use and integrity.

What You Bring:

• Must-Haves: An Associate Degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years in maintenance planning and scheduling or substantial experience as a machine repair technician.
• Solid grounding in electrical/echanical domains within a manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency with computer systems and applications, including Microsoft Office expertise.
• Exceptional verbal communication and ability to foster professional relationships.

This role will require you to stand, walk, and manage equipment, occasionally needing to lift up to 50 pounds, and navigate through dynamic factory conditions that might expose you to weather elements or risks.
