Key Responsibilities:

• Repair and maintain complex machinery with minimal supervision to support uninterrupted production.
• Perform unscheduled and preventative maintenance on equipment, including forklifts, to ensure operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Dismantle machinery for inspection, lubrication, and necessary repairs.
• Read and interpret work orders, schematics, and blueprints for precise repair execution.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
• Work collaboratively with production teams to prioritize maintenance tasks and meet operational objectives.

What We’re Looking For:

• Mechanical Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to independently diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
• Attention to Detail: A strong commitment to safety, quality, and precision in every repair.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to work required overtime and occasional weekends to meet operational demands.

What You Bring:

• Experience: At least 5 years in a maintenance or related technical role; experience with forklifts and other machinery is highly desired.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical certifications are a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and work orders.
• Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, climb, crawl, and thrive in a fast-paced and loud environment.

Shift Details:

• 1st Shift: 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM with required overtime as needed.
