Responsibilities
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for various equipment and machinery.
- Perform heavy equipment repairs and conduct thorough equipment troubleshooting.
- Maintain and repair facilities, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
- Diagnose and repair electrical systems, including 120/208/240/480 voltage systems.
- Conduct mechanical troubleshooting to resolve issues with machinery and equipment.
- Perform engine performance and drivability assessments.
- Conduct machine safety inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Utilize basic computer skills for maintenance tracking and reporting.
- Service and maintain packaging machines, wrapping machines, and HVAC systems.
- Repair refrigeration/cooling systems and various types of machinery, including injection molding, extrusion, and die-cast machines.
- Operate and maintain gear machinery, forklifts, paint sprayers, sliding table saws, band saws, and belt sanders.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License.
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance and equipment repair.
- Strong electrical troubleshooting skills with experience in electrical systems diagnostics and repair.
- Solid mechanical troubleshooting skills with a focus on engine performance.
- Familiarity with various voltage systems (120/208/240/480).
- Experience with packaging machines, wrapping machines, and HVAC systems.
- Knowledge of refrigeration/cooling systems and various machinery types.
- Basic computer skills for maintenance documentation and tracking.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
