About the Job
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Maintains the safe operation and maintenance of building facilities.
- Performs preventive maintenance activities, responding to customer complaints, and repairing equipment.
- Repairs and adjusts doors, windows, closures, panic devices and locks.
- Patches holes, installs escutcheons, repairs ceiling and floor tile as needed to maintain building appearance.
- Makes minor masonry and wood repairs.
- Installs pictures, coat hooks, other wall hung furnishings, and equipment as requested.
- Enters data into computer systems and or mobile devices.
- Performs related duties as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: - A high school diploma or equivalent.
- No experience required.
- May require a valid Georgia driver's license and insurable driving record.
- Some positions within this classification may require the ability to lift 50 pounds and to bend, stoop, and twist.
