JOB DESCRIPTION: + Maintains the safe operation and maintenance of building facilities. + Performs preventive maintenance activities, responding to customer complaints, and repairing equipment. + Repairs and adjusts doors, windows, closures, panic devices and locks. + Patches holes, installs escutcheons, repairs ceiling and floor tile as needed to maintain building appearance. + Makes minor masonry and wood repairs. + Installs pictures, coat hooks, other wall hung furnishings, and equipment as requested. + Enters data into computer systems and or mobile devices. + Performs related duties as required.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: + A high school diploma or equivalent. + No experience required. + May require a valid Georgia driver's license and insurable driving record. + Some positions within this classification may require the ability to lift 50 pounds and to bend, stoop, and twist.
