Maintenance Mechanic - Essential Personnel

Do you enjoy working with machines and are looking for a long-term career? Essential Personnel is seeking a skilled candidate to fill a Maintenance Mechanic position at a company in Hastings. Candidates must have up to 2 years of machine maintenance experience. An ideal candidate should enjoy working with machinery, have some electrical and CNC experience, and have a great attendance record.

Requirements for Maintenance Mechanic:

• Superior attendance record

• Can work at a fast pace

• Industrial maintenance or heavy equipment experience required

• Excellent problem solving and communication skills

Responsibilities for Maintenance Mechanic:

• Make repairs and perform preventive maintenance on equipment

• Assess the condition of used parts using mircomenters and calipers

• Safely operate cranes, power tools, hoists, and hand tools

• Maintain electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical equipment
