About the Role:

Are you a skilled Maintenance Mechanic looking for a hands-on role in a dynamic manufacturing environment? This position offers the chance to work with cutting-edge machinery, ensuring smooth operations and top-quality production. You’ll play a key role in preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs while collaborating with a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on production machinery.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with plant engineers to optimize equipment performance and implement upgrades.
• Maintain organized records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems, including conveyors, pneumatics, hydraulics, ovens, boilers, and refrigeration systems (ammonia is a plus!).
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus but not required.
