Job Summary:
This non-exempt hourly position is responsible for performing general maintenance and trouble shooting, under the direction of the Maintenance Manager. Pay range is $20 - $27 per hour, depending on experience.

Applicants can expect a base compensation range of ($41,600 - $56,160), plus benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role. This is the reasonable estimate that Belden believes it might pay for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. Belden may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant's experience, qualifications, and geographical location.

Job Summary:
This non-exempt hourly position is responsible for performing general maintenance and trouble shooting, under the direction of the Maintenance Manager. Pay range is $20 - $27 per hour, depending on experience.
You will make an Impact in the following way:
- Perform any routine or preventive maintenance tasks such as cleaning air filters, lubricating machines, checking chains on hoists, and replacing light bulbs.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues that have lead to machine breakdowns and performing repairs on the machinery, including but not limited to replacing parts such as belts, bearings, fuses, and other consumables.
- Ensure that factory equipment is operating in a safe condition, including but not limited to checking the proper operation of overhead hoists, ensuring that proper machine guards are in place and ensuring that safety interlocks are operational.
- Adhering to all plant safety procedures such as lockout tagout & forklift inspection.
- Perform all other responsibilities as assigned, including but not limited to simple welding tasks and assisting with installation of new equipment.
What you will bring:
- Education - Vocational School, Associate's Degree, or Certificate in Electric, Automation Technician, or other relevant topic. Completed or In Progress.
- Experience - at least 1 year working in a manufacturing environment (or equivalent school)

Skills (Currently have or able to obtain) -
- Machining practices and techniques
- Welding & Fabrication
- Valid Driver's License
- Basic Electrical Knowledge
- PLC & VFD programming experience
- Ability to approach troubleshooting logically
- Able to work with minimal supervision
