Our Award-Winning Client has been recognized for excellence and operates on a national scale. They are currently seeking skilled Maintenance Mechanics to join their team.
Job Summary: Maintenance Mechanics will be responsible for repairing and maintaining a variety of machinery and mechanical equipment. This includes hydraulic pumps and cylinders, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and aluminum extrusion production machines and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Repair and maintain hydraulic systems, motors, pneumatic tools, and conveyor systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair complex manufacturing machinery, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems, PLCs, and electrical systems.
- Read and interpret hydraulic, schematic, basic electric, electronic, and OHM laws.
- Perform routine maintenance on hydraulic systems such as Oil Gear, Rexroth, Racine, Vickers, etc.
- Handle industrial electrical systems, including advanced electrical (three-phase 460 volt and higher) design, component sizing, and installations.
Required Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of maintenance manufacturing experience, including heavy equipment repair.
- Minimum of 3 years in troubleshooting complex manufacturing machinery, including hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, and the ability to read and interpret electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic diagrams.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
- Trade school certification or Associate's degree.
- Knowledge of AC & DC drives.
- Familiarity with industrial electrical systems and advanced electrical design.

Shifts Available and Hours:
- Monday-Friday with availability on:
- 2nd shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
- 3rd shift: 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM
Candidate Profile: Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent, with 3-5 years of maintenance manufacturing experience. They should possess strong troubleshooting skills in complex manufacturing machinery, including hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, and electrical systems. Trade school certification or an Associate's degree is preferred, along with knowledge of AC & DC drives and industrial electrical systems. Willingness to work the specified shifts is essential.
