- Individual is required to be knowledgeable of all aspects of production equipment and facility mechanical equipment.
- Must have knowledge of preventative maintenance process and techniques.
- Must have supervisory experience and capable of supervising crew to support manufacturing facility on 24/7 operation.
- Must have knowledge of spending control monitoring and capable of maintaining labor cost and spending within budgeted parameters.
- The individual must be capable of troubleshooting and repairing blow mold equipment, bagging equipment, and all support equipment. They must be knowledgeable and capable of performing mold changes and assisting with tooling changes.
- Must be capable of supervising individuals and/or have knowledge of electric, hydraulic, pneumatic systems.
- Lead in manufacturing environment.
- Must be familiar with electric programming of PLC equipment.
- Must manage preventative maintenance program with all aspects of budgetary reporting.
- All as directed by direct Supervisor or Plant Manager
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years working in maintenance environment
- Minimum 5 years supervisory experience
