Job Details

Responsibilities:

Perform preventative maintenance on all production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Respond to equipment breakdowns and troubleshoot issues to resolve them quickly and efficiently.
Repair and replace components such as bearings, motors, belts, and conveyors.
Install and maintain electrical systems, including wiring, switches, and control panels.
Monitor hydraulic and pneumatic systems and perform necessary repairs.
Troubleshoot and repair PLC systems.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance mechanics or related field.
Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Experience with preventative maintenance programs and techniques.
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
