Key Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs and preventive maintenance to ensure productive operations.
- Assist with set-ups, breakdowns, and maintenance of grinding machines and equipment.
- Operate machine tools to fabricate parts and items as needed.
- Facilitate assembling and disassembling of roll bearings
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure safety procedures are followed.
- Being a project support and crew leader while being guided by the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Handle tasks in various areas, including welding, plumbing, and electrical work.
- Manage inventory and perform daily preventative maintenance.

Experience/Qualifications:
- Strong mechanical and mathematical aptitude.
- Demonstrated 5-7 years’ experience in areas such as welding, plumbing, electrical, etc.
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, dial indicators).
- Experience with bearings, housings, and general mechanical repairs.
- HVAC experience is an advantage.
- Good organizational and housekeeping skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. and be on feet 80-90% of the time, including walking and crouching.
- Good hand-eye coordination for operating tools
- Ability to put on and wear personal protective equipment (PPE).
