We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Permanent Maintenance Manager to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in the overall operational efficiency, safety compliance, and maintenance of our manufacturing facilities. Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Maintenance Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Overseeing the maintenance, repair, and operation of all mechanical systems in our manufacturing facilities.
2. Developing, implementing, and monitoring comprehensive preventive maintenance programs.
3. Ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal safety regulations and standards.
4. Coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
5. Developing and maintaining positive relationships with employees and contractors.
6. Managing and resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise in a timely and efficient manner.
7. Implementing and maintaining safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
8. Conducting regular inspections of facilities to identify and resolve issues.
9. Participating in budget preparation and management.
10. Providing leadership, training, and development opportunities to maintenance staff.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a maintenance management role in the manufacturing industry.
2. Proven experience in human resources management, compliance, and safety.
3. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, safety regulations, and preventive maintenance programs.
4. Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
7. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
8. Proficiency in using computer software and applications related to maintenance management and operations.
9. A degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
