Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the maintenance department, ensuring all machinery and equipment are in optimal working condition.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures and schedules to minimize downtime and enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage all aspects of the maintenance budget, including procurement of parts and services, labor costs, and overall spending.
- Coordinate with production team to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption to production schedules.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the maintenance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety.
- Troubleshoot complex machinery issues, utilizing knowledge of cement, hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLC.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and suppliers as necessary.
- Regularly report on maintenance operations and activities to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance management in a manufacturing setting.
- Proven experience with cement, hydraulics, pneumatics, PLC, and maintenance management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a hands-on attitude.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Familiarity with industry-standard health and safety regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work under pressure.
- Willingness to be on call for emergencies or to work overtime as necessary.
