Could you be ours?Role purpose The Maintenance Manager has accountabilities for all aspects of Maintenance at the site. This includes driving the site’s Journey to Excellence (J2E) ensuring safe personal and team behaviours, performance and compliance with all outlined safety and food safety procedures and protocols. Additionally leading, motivating, and developing a proactive team of maintenance professionals that optimize the reliability and lifecycle of all operational assets is essential. goals for the organization and utilize visual metrics/dashboards to chart results/progressDevelop a culture of continuous improvements where decisions are made based on facts, data, and financial analysisDrive the organization to solve problems to the root cause level, and always follow-up with actions that will prevent recurrenceResponsibilities include but not limited to oversight of contractors, infrastructure-building, grounds, railways, fire systems, and storeroomPerformance measures The incumbent will be measured against site EHS, Quality, Production, Reliability and Leadership goals.Skills and experience required 4-year technical degree or equivalent experience required. Engineering preferredMinimum 7 years’ experience in maintenance or engineering within a manufacturing environment; food manufacturing background desiredMinimum 7 years of managerial/leadership experience; strong preference for experience in leading a Maintenance organization from reactive to proactive culture (i.e.
